Origins
Barris Lotterer Management Consulting (BLMC) is a company whose members hail from globally recognized consulting firms. Our consulting team includes some of the best from PriceWaterhouseCoopers, Ernst & Young, Deloitte & Touche, Cambridge Technology Partners, Computer Sciences Corporation and other top organizations. In addition, our Partners and Consultants have dedicated a large portion of their careers serving in executive management positions in various industries. With such extensive experience come time-tested strategies and proven methodologies.

We don't pretend to have the solution to your problem(s) without first taking the time to understand what those problem(s) might be. In order to gain this understanding we will spend a day with our clients trying to acquire the insights necessary to determine how we can help.
We believe that any consulting implementation should yield significant returns or be strategic in nature. If we conclude that a significant ROI cannot be realized for our client, we will transfer all knowledge obtained to date, and recommend how management can proceed internally.
We share our wisdom and transfer process technology to the client every step of the way. Making changes can be difficult; sustaining the new environment can be even more challenging. We ensure that our clients have every tool necessary for self-sustained excellence.
We facilitate, not dictate... Many consultants are seen as "doing this to us"; we prefer to be seen as "doing this with us." Implementation of change is not sustainable if companies don't own the solutions, from the time of creation through to implementation, and on to sustaining operations and improvement.
